Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Senior Workforce Management Professional applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance). The Senior Workforce Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Workforce Management Professional assesses organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives. This individual provides analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning at the enterprise level. This person makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding the technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. This person exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Staff Planning/Workforce Mgmt. experience in a multi-site Global Contact Center environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Workforce management systems, such as Aspect, Verint, and/or Genesys
- Experience in long-term capacity staff planning and modeling
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in Process or Project Management
- Prior experience managing relationships with multiple Business Process Outsourcers both domestic and internationally

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$71,100 - $97,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
