Description
The Executive Assistant assists the CEO, and CFO with day to day operations by performing a variety of confidential secretarial and executive duties. Maintains excellent organizational and communication skills in dealing with physicians, staff, patients and the public where assertive but tactful demeanor is required, maintains confidential files of correspondence and statistical reports and documents relative to the operations of hospital administration, prepares confidential correspondence with little or no direction, and coordinates, assists and attends when necessary, a variety of meetings, seminars and /or programs. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.Job Description and Requirements
