Description

This position will internal support for provider inquiries, and problems regarding policies and procedures, plan design, credentialing process and claims inquires, check tracers and returned checks includes research and updating system and flagging systems, research and resolve provider returned mail, resolve H pended claims, triage provider email box; submit provider data changes

Required Qualifications
2-4 years of provider service experience
2-4 years of Medicaid experience
1-3 years of claims knowledge
Intermediate excel experience
Strong organization, presentation and documentation experience
