Description
The Fellow/Administrative Resident provides support to the organization through the completion of assigned duties/responsibilities and projects. Under direction of the CEO or COO member/mentor, the fellow/resident will collect, synthesize and analyze data from various sources to make recommendations and take action related to a specified area(s) of the business. Projects will be assigned with the intent of the fellow/resident developing their knowledge, skills and experience related to different areas of physician practice administration in order to test and apply theory into practical work situations.
