Growing together.The Associate Patient Care Coordinator serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service, assisting with scheduling registration, and ensuring smooth patient flow in the clinic.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM
Location: Onsite - 415 W 49th St, Hialeah, FL 33012
Primary Responsibilities:
- Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate commitment to superior customer service, including quality and care and concern with each and every internal and external customer
- Represents the Company in a professional manner, following all Company policies and procedures
- Uses, protects, and discloses patients' protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
- Responsible for accurately and professionally handling all front desk operations including answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling of all appointments, balancing daily collections, addressing routine inquiries, and forwarding non-routine requests to appropriate personnel
- Represents the Company in a professional manner following all policies and procedures
- Performs clerical duties as directed
- Assists with the inventory and maintenance of business office supplies and the completion of business office reports
- Assists in the completion of assigned administrative reports according to Company procedure
- Ability to travel within 5 mile radius may be required up to 10%
- Assists Supervisor and Center Administrator with contacting all new members for prompt scheduling
- Sustain consistent, punctual and reliable attendance
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
Bilingual Spanish/English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in health-related field
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
