Location:

This internship role is scheduled to be flexible. Please be prepared to spend part of your time working remotely and part of your time working at the following address: 10350 E. Dakota Ave., Denver, 80247.

Department Details:

Electronic File Solutions and Support is the department responsible for managing all electronic eligibility and premium files across every region and line of business. We collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolution of issues. Internally, we focus on optimizing and streamlining processes to drive efficiency, reduce errors, and proactively eliminate recurring challenges.

Internship Projects:

1) Kana to Genesys transition

2) KPMC and API Documentation

3) Case Connect information management.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective.
• Report development and analytics.
• Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.
• Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.
• Job shadowing in other functional areas.
• Performing additional duties as required.

• Pursuing a bachelors degree or have graduated from an accredited university within the last year.
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

Additional Requirements:

• Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3.0 GPA or above.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.

Pay Range: $20.72 - $26.75 / hour Kaiser Permanente is committed to pay equity and transparency.
