Growing together.The Director of Hospitalist & Acute Care Services is responsible for, but not limited to, administrative oversite of the hospitalist program covering multiple hospital locations to include engagement of hospital key executives and physician leaders; practice management oversite of the Palliative Care Services; Rapid Treatment Clinic; Primary Care & Hospital at Home Services and other clinical services which may be developed to reduce reliance on inpatient care. This position will work closely with the Medical Director for Hospital & Population Health Services, Managing Physician(s) for Hospitalist & other key physician leaders. Position is responsible for contributing to improved recruitment, workflow processes, financial and clinical performance, communications, and standards, as well as strategic initiatives related to hospitalist services across multiple facilities and services designed to provide quality care outside the in-patient setting. Ensures proper implementation of policies and procedures related to Finance, Managed Health Care, Quality Assurance/ Risk Management, Marketing, Purchasing and Human Resources at the clinic level.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 + years of progressively larger healthcare management roles
- Solid working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations. Detailed oriented, strong written/oral communication skills and moderate to advance analytical skills using MS Excel

- Proficiency in use of Epic or similar application EMR and related applications
- Proven reasonable use of project management skills and ability to successfully lead multiple teams which may not have a direct reporting relationship

- Proven managed care background & working knowledge of hospital billing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration
- Leadership of hospitalists or other specialties predominately operate within the hospital setting

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $134,600 to $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
