Head of Transformation & Workforce Innovation - North America Talent SolutionsAbout the Role
The Head of Transformation & Workforce Innovation is a senior client-facing leader responsible for building, delivering, and scaling Aon's advisory solutions that help clients navigate business transformation, talent transformation, AI integration, and workforce and people analytics.
This leader brings together Aon's Talent Solutions capabilities-rewards, assessment, analytics, transaction strategy, and advisory-to help organizations transform how they work, how leaders lead, and how talent evolves in an AI-enabled future. The role serves as a strategic advisor to CHROs, CPOs, and business executives, strengthening Aon's market presence across North America.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Leadership in Business & Talent Transformation
- Lead high-impact client engagements focused on workforce transformation, organizational redesign, leadership capability building, and talent strategy modernization.
- Advise executives on how transformation impacts roles, skills, structure, workforce planning, and people programs.
- Develop holistic transformation strategies that integrate people, process, technology, and culture.
- Guide clients on responsibly adopting AI across the talent lifecycle-hiring, development, succession, and performance.
- Help organizations redefine job architecture, skill taxonomies, and talent processes in an AI-augmented world.
- Translate emerging AI capabilities into pragmatic talent, rewards, and workforce strategies.
- Lead analytics-driven insights using Aon's assessment data, workforce analytics, benchmarks, and predictive modeling.
- Partner with analytics teams to build dashboards, modeling tools, and insight frameworks that support evidence-based decisions.
- Use quantitative insights to redesign workforce planning, role structures, talent pathways, and leadership strategies.
- Develop and scale new advisory solutions in transformation, AI-enabled talent strategy, and workforce analytics.
- Identify marketplace trends and client needs to create repeatable, differentiated offerings.
- Collaborate across Aon to embed digital tools, AI models, and analytics capabilities into client solutions.
- Serve as a senior subject-matter expert supporting major sales opportunities across North America.
- Shape go-to-market messaging for transformation, analytics, and AI solutions.
- Coach colleagues on transformation delivery, analytics storytelling, and AI advisory approaches.
- Partner closely with the Head of RCA North America to shape the transformation agenda and develop an aligned team structure.
- Collaborate across Rewards, Assessment, Transaction Strategy, Talent Advisory, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Mentor and develop consulting talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- 10+ years in management consulting, HR transformation, organizational transformation, people analytics, AI-enabled talent solutions, or similar advisory fields.
- Proven success delivering transformation engagements involving workforce strategy, talent programs, or organizational redesign.
- Strong expertise in people analytics, predictive modeling, workforce insights platforms, or data-driven talent solutions.
- Familiarity with AI implications for HR, responsible AI practices, and future-of-work shifts.
- Exceptional executive communication skills and a strong commercial mindset.
- Innovative Advisor: Reimagines the workforce using modern talent, analytics, and AI-enabled strategies.
- Transformation Architect: Designs integrated change strategies across people, work, and technology.
- Analytics Translator: Turns data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations.
- Trusted Executive Partner: Engages credibly with senior business and HR leaders.
- Builder & Scaler: Creates new solutions and drives measurable business impact for RCA.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $300,000 to $325,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, IL. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
