- Implement directives of the CEO; review and evaluate existing programs, make recommendations for improvement and modification, and provisions for general administrative services.
- Assists with monitoring and support of the quality of health care services provided through coordination with Medical Staff, Nursing, and other hospital personnel and the establishment of quality and performance improvement policies, procedures and programs.
- Directly participates in activities that contribute to overall individual and/or department performance. Provides effective, collaborative leadership that communicates the hospital's mission, vision, and plans
- Acquires and allocates human, material, and financial resources for specific functions and processes.

Position Summary
Under direction, serves as a principal assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and exercises initiative in the administrative direction and coordination of major activities or functions within the organization. This position is also accountable for administrative oversight for Food and Nutrition Services, Security , Environmental Services, Plant Operations, and Contracts Administration. Responsibilities include organizing, developing, directing, and assuring the delivery of cost effective, quality patient care. Ensures that all services are performed in accordance with established corporate and hospital policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and JCAHO standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Five (5) years management experience at the Director level.
Preferred Requirements
- Education: Master's preferred in Hospital Health, Business Administration, or Finance/Accounting
