One year mentorship program for new grads!Optum WA, (formerly The Everett Clinic) is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, WA (just 30 miles north of Downtown Seattle). Due to our Hospital Credentialing rules we are only able to hire Acute Care trained NP's (ACNP). Candidates are required to have an unrestricted WA license and Acute Care board certification, or able to obtain prior to hire.

Required Qualifications:
- Unrestricted WA Nurse Practitioner License or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Current DEA certificate or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Current association certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or ability to obtain prior to start date
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year NP experience OR completion of a Hospitalist Residency Program
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $104,500 - $156,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
