• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Prior professional work experience following completion of a bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
