Description
The Lead Rehab Tech is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Rehabilitation Department by overseeing and guiding the activities of rehabilitation aides/techs. This role works closely with the Office Supervisor to ensure efficient workflow, adequate staffing coverage, and consistent adherence to departmental protocols. The Rehab Tech Lead acts as a liaison between aides/techs and management and plays a key role in onboarding and training new staff.2503026545
