Position Summary

The Maintenance Specialist II provides quality maintenance support of the facilities, utilities and equipment components in support of the hospital; wide safety and utility management program.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Corporate Compliance in the Facilities & Construction Department.
• Receives ,evaluates and completes work orders.
• Performs preventative maintenance procedures.
• Performs inspections.
• Responds to hospital systems alarms and services systems such as fire alarms, MATV systems, P.A. systems, etc.

Qualifications

Education:

• Required: High School Diploma, GED or Vocational / Technical Certificate
