Growing together.Primary Responsibilities:
- This position acts as the Manager Chief of Security for Kelsey-Seybold clinic managing all aspects of physical security to include the dispatch of contract security personnel, or equipment, to Kelsey-Seybold Facilities as needed
- Establish implements and enforces security policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Primary liaison with law enforcement organizations
- Primary contact for internal security management related to patients, employees, and property
- Maintains documentation on security incidents through CRM's and recommends actions for improvement
- Responsible for technology standards for security domain consistent with KSC IT environment i.e., access control/video software and hardware
- Responsible for intrusion alarm response 24/7
- Liaison for new facility installation of access control, CCTV systems and intrusion systems
- Active member of EHS committee.
- Oversees network of vendors who provide security services

Required Qualifications:
- AS Criminal Justice Degree or similar
- State of Texas Non-Commissioned Security License
- 5+ years of security coordinator or security supervisory experience
- 5+ years of progressive Law Enforcement, Military, or Contract Security Manager experience
- Web managed security systems experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft excel, word etc.
- Detail-oriented, good organizational skills. Excellent leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of Progressive Law Enforcement experience
- State of Texas Security Manager License
- Security experience in a health care setting
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
