Growing together.Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor and Manager, the Medical Technologist is responsible for providing efficient and accurate analysis of specimens processed in the clinical laboratory to provide for quality patient care services. This position exercises good judgment by using critical thinking skills and deals with issue resolution concerning the day-to-day technical operation of the laboratory.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology or related science
- Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology required for Technician candidates
- ASCP eligible
- 4+ years of clinical laboratory testing
- Will consider clinical rotations as experience from accredited institution
- Knowledge and skills to perform procedures in Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis
- Knowledge of quality control, quality assurance principles and proficiency testing procedures relating to waived testing
- Knowledge of CAP, and CLIA regulations related to work area
- Practical knowledge of routine laboratory equipment and procedures
- Valid driver's license
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver organized and concise presentations tailored to audience
- Proven excellent time management skills- ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to efficiently manage lab operations.
- Proven ability to implement change in a positive, sensitive, and forward- thinking manner
- Proven ability to collaborate and promote teamwork
- Proven positive, can-do attitude coupled with a sense of urgency
- Proven ability to create a trusting, positive, and supportive work environment
- Proven ability to operate in high-pressure situations
- Proven superb attention to details
- Proven excellent customer service skills, business etiquette, able to adhere to professional standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASCP certification or equivalent
- 2+ years in Chemistry and/or Hematology
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
