Job Summary

Per Diem Days

Position Summary: Assists with professional nursing staff with the provision of basic adult and/or pediatric patients. Documents care delivered accurately and timely in electronic health record.

Responsibilities
1. Provides patient care based on the nursing process as directed by the staff nurse.

2. Performs all delegated patient care functions in compliance with policy and procedure as directed by the primary nurse.

3. Professional Attributes and Hospital responsibilities
Qualifications
Minimum Education: Enrolled and in good standing at a school of Nursing. Successful completion of a nursing fundamentals class.

Minimum Experience: Prior clinical experience in area of expertise preferred.

Require Certification/Licensure/Registration: BLS Certification
