Job Summary

Tenet Healthcare and Piedmont Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join its growing Primary Care team serving Clover and York, South Carolina. This outpatient opportunity offers the chance to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages while working within a collaborative practice that includes three physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers. The incoming Nurse Practitioner will primarily practice in Clover, with occasional rotation to the York location.

This position is ideal for a patient-centered provider who enjoys building long-term relationships and managing a diverse primary care panel in a supportive clinic environment.

Position Highlights
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 100% outpatient clinic setting
• Provide care to patients of all ages, including wellness visits, sick visits, and follow-ups
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Collaborative practice with 3 physicians and 3 APPs
• Primary practice location in Clover, SC, with occasional coverage in York, SC

Experience:

Certifications:

Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. RNP License. Additional certification(s) per governing board and in accordance with the facility Medical Staff Bylaws.
