Position Summary

The Staff Therapist shall demonstrate the clinical ability to evaluate patients' functional status, plan, implement and document individual therapeutic programs. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in OT.

Experience:

Required: None.

Desired: One year or more.

License:

• Licensed by Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance.

Certifications:

• BLS
