Become a part of our caring communityThis position supports a growing defensive litigation practice, assisting multiple attorneys with a wide array of litigation matters. The paralegal will play a key role in handling subpoenas, bankruptcy proceedings, and commercial litigation issues, including contract disputes, consumer protection claims, and privacy-related matters. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can effectively manage a diverse caseload and thrive in a collaborative team environment. The role requires sound judgment in setting work priorities and approaches, with guidance often provided by precedent or established procedures and standards.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience at a law firm and/or in-house setting.
- Demonstrated experience supporting matters through all phases of litigation and with e-discovery, responding to subpoenas, bankruptcy matters, employment matters, and/or commercial litigation matters (such as contract disputes, consumer protection claims, or cyber-related matters).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe Professional, and Lexis/Nexis.
- Excellent project management, research and writing abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability to manage multiple tasks within designated timeframes and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pharmaceutical industry, Medicare, Medicaid and/or clinical organizations (Home Health and Primary Care).
- Experience with PowerBI, NetDocuments or CounselLink.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$71,100 - $97,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
