Description
Up to $5K SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Patient Care Tech. assists patients with activities of daily living and provides basic nursing care to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of the patient, and serves as a clinical preceptor to Nursing Assistants & PCT's and is cross-trained to Unit Associate. Assists with maintenance of a safe and clean unit environment. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant certification from an approved program, Florida-issued CNA license, or completion of first semester of Registered Nurse program.
Required: BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
**Required Certification must be obtained within 3 months of hire date**
