Description
Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThis position reports through CenterWell Pharmacy Supply Chain and performs various inventory planning, order placement, order expediting, relationship management and financial related tasks in support of CenterWell Pharmacy distribution operations. They work within guidelines and procedures and use independent judgment to solve moderately complex problems and collaborate with management. This position reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager; however, they will work closely with cross-functional departments, often times including senior leadership, to execute various new programs.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand the primary distribution strategy for each new DTC/DTE relationship
- Drive internal vendor and item system set up processes and work with the Drug File Team to ensure products are added timely; this includes functions in both Elite and ScriptMed
- Work both internally and externally to develop ordering forecasts
- For on-going programs, evaluate usage regularly to update min/max values, including analyzing program pricing changes to anticipate usage spikes
- Ensure timely ordering of products with suppliers based on unique ordering scheduled set by Pharma
- Regularly monitor inventory to ensure we are maintaining sufficient stock levels
- Build reporting and presentations for QBRs that are externally facing
- Maintain good business relationships with our suppliers
- Work with Pharma Relations Team to support the successful implementation of new programs
- Work with Accounting associates to reconcile various financial issues
- Support other analytic tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 or more years of technical experience
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$78,400 - $107,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
