Job Summary:

Responsible for the accurate shipping and receiving of pharmaceutical products within the pharmacy warehouse environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack for shipment, receive and restock a variety of pharmaceutical products with accuracy in a pharmacy warehouse environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory using established inventory protocols.
• Create, access, research and record operational information using various software applications.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience

• Minimum one (1) year of experience with strong customer service skills.

Education

• High School Diploma OR General Education Development (GED) required.

License, Certification, Registration

• N/A

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to use available resources and tools efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to identify specified issues and bring to attention of lead; ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
• Certification of operation of pallet jacks, walkie-stacker, forklift and order picker, or ability to obtain via company provided training shortly after date of hire/transfer.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Computer skills.
• Prior experience using powered pallet jacks, walkie-stacker, forklift, and order picker.
• Materials management experience.
• Washington State Board of Pharmacy Technician certification shortly after date of hire/transfer.
• Associates degree.
