Growing together.Our OB/GYNs deliver comprehensive obstetric care and emergent gynecological services, focusing on women's health throughout their adult life. This includes the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions specific to the female anatomy, such as breast and cervical cancer, urinary tract and pelvic disorders, and hormonal imbalances. Our specialists also guide and support women throughout their pregnancy in the hospital setting.
Position Highlights:
- Provide hospital-based obstetric and emergent gynecological care.
- Participate in regional OBGYN team rotations, performing hospital-based duties.
- Round on inpatient obstetric patients, manage scheduled labor inductions, and perform planned C-sections.
- Admit and manage labor for patients assigned to the regional Kelsey provider group.
- Work 24-hour shifts, with an expectation of 7 shifts per month, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved training program from an accredited medical school, residency or fellowship program upon hire
- Licensed in the State of Texas
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
*Must have completed residency and practicing or be in residency when applying
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $278,500 - $484,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
