Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
- Receive a generous bi-weekly stiped during your final year of training
- Stay focused during your final months of training and eliminate the burden of job searching
- Learn how to operate and thrive in a value-based care model in a system that is driving population health initiatives nationally
- Grow exposure to the Quadruple Aim framework and various understandings of care settings
- Mentorship from experienced Optum physicians within your future practice easing transition from training into practice
- The customized program can be completed virtually and requires just 1-3 hours of commitment per month
- Meet your leaders and peers months prior to starting.

Required Qualifications:
• M.D. or D.O.
• About to start or currently in your final year of a US-accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
• Desire to practice outpatient primary care within the state of Arizona
The hourly range for this role is $39.90 to $59.86 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
