Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Provider Engagement Professional - Network Development and Relations -Dental works directly with our Provider Network to develop and strengthen relationships. Educating our providers on the value of participating in the Humana Dental Network and creating a mutual professional relationship with those providers, is key to the growth of the Network. The ability to create an "easy to do business with" environment for the providers is a key function of this role.
The Provider Engagement Professional - Network Development and Relations -Dental works directly with our Provider Network to develop and strengthen relationships. Educating our providers on the value of participating in the Humana Dental Network and creating a mutual professional relationship with those providers, is key to the growth of the Network. The ability to create an "easy to do business with" environment for the providers is a key function of this role.
- Provide support to Provider Offices on all Run the Business issues including adding/terming associates, adding/terming locations, and products for existing provider relationships.
- Educate Provider Offices on all existing and new products and plans
- Encourage provide self-service to include fee schedules, Availity, provider handbook, etc.
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams (including consultants) to find solutions for providers in assigned territory.
- Single point of contact for assigned dental groups; working with large sized dental groups

Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of Health care or managed care with Provider Contracting, Network Management or Provider Relations experience, Dental Health Network experience
- Proven planning, preparation and presenting skills, with established knowledge of reimbursement and bonus methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Must have intermediate to advanced Excel skills to work in spreadsheets daily and create pivot tables
- Strong Communications skills and presentation skills to lead virtual group meetings and the ability to present on camera
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial trends for health care costs, administrative expenses and quality/bonus performance
- Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare policies, processes and procedures
- Dental Platforms experience
Additional Information
- At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
- Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
- Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
- Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
- Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$48,900 - $66,200 per year
