Schedule : Saturday 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday 7:00am - 10:00pm, Tuesday 2:00pm-10:00pm
Location: 1167 WANTAGH AVE, Wantagh, 11793
Primary Responsibilities:
- Performs diagnostic x-ray examinations
- Performs radiology quality assurance
- Takes vital signs, performs EKGs and assists providers with patient care
- Prepares exam rooms and x-ray room for patients and documents patient encounters in EMR
- Performs lab testing and quality assurance
- Prepares and tracks specimens sent to lab
- Perform MA duties as needed
- Restocks and maintains inventory of exam rooms, lab and storage rooms
- Places outgoing phone calls to patients for follow up care and handles incoming phone calls from patients
- Assists with other tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited radiology technologist program
- NYS radiology licensure and ARRT registration
- Customer service experience and solid computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with diagnostic x-ray
- EMR experience
- Medical office experience; Urgent Care experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
