- Assists all patient s, family members, physicians, visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner, extends special attention and sensitivity to all patients, visitors, physicians and fellow employees, demonstrates respect and cooperation in all staff relationships, and a genuine willingness to prevent or resolve inter-personal conflicts, & shares information on a "need to know" basis.
Completion Bonus - You may be eligible for a completion bonus up to $2,500 upon successfully finishing your assignment with the Palm Beach Health Network in good standing.
Position Summary:
The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing are to all patients. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination of the patient's experience and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN directs high quality and patient focused care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, Infection Control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided.
EDUCATION:
Minimum: Education recognized by the State of Florida as qualification for
Registered Nurse licensure.
Preferred: BSN
EXPERIENCE:
None
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION:
Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida.
American Heart Association BLS certification
For Telemetry and higher acuity units: ACLS (AHA) and Basic EKG interpretation are
also required.
