Description
Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Sunnyvale is committed to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technology and be part of a healthcare community dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.This position works Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and is responsible for supporting departmental efficiency. Duties may include greeting customers in accordance with company standards of care; delivering world-class customer service; answering inbound and outbound calls; performing PBX operations; completing reception and basic demographic quick registration data entry; and clearly explaining and obtaining required hospital and patient legal forms (e.g., Advance Directives, Conditions of Service, Consent for Treatment, Important Message from Medicare, EMTALA, etc.).
Education:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Some college.
Experience:
Preferred: Customer service role and administrative role in medical facility, health insurance, or related area.
