Growing together.Assists the Supervisor/Manager with daily clinical operations of the department, in accordance with established Federal, State, accreditation regulations and Center policies and procedures. Works with nursing management to oversee clinical and nursing activities such as staffing, ensuring that Policy and Procedures are followed, participation in educational activities including infection control and safety plans, orientation, and annual skills assessment. Monitors for proper use of equipment, supplies and controlled drugs, and accurate medical record documentation. Assist the supervisors/managers with departmental scheduling

Required Qualifications:
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or higher
- Texas RN license
- Single Unit
- American Heart Association Basic Life
- 3+ years RN experience in the operating room
- Basic computer Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- ACLS and PALS
- RN experience in Pre-Op, Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), Emergency Room (ER), Infusion Therapy, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or hospital setting
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $34.23 to $61.15 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
