Position Summary

The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on need of the patient and family members. The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, Infection control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided. Qualifications
EDUCATION:

• Minimum: Graduate of an RN program
• Preferred: BSN

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum: One (1) year recent experience in a PEDIATRIC UNIT preferred

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION:

• Registered Nurse - Licensed in the State of Florida.
• American Heart Association BLS, PALS, NRP certifications
