Description
Experienced Application Analyst to provide support for Tenet's enterprise workforce management and integration platforms including UKG Pro WFM, UKG Pro CSE, Boomi, Kronos WFC, Kronos iSeries, and clock terminals. The Application Analyst will serve as the primary contact to business partners, end users, and vendors ensuring optimal system performance, successful project execution, and effective user adoption. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.Responsibilities:
- Support applications within the workforce space with emphasis on UKG Pro WFM, UKG Pro CSE, Boomi, and clocks. Some legacy support of WFC and iSeries required as well.
- Maintain system configuration, upgrades, integrations, and maintenance to ensure business continuity and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams to identify system needs, define requirements, and deliver solutions.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables related to system implementations and enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Provide clear, consistent, communication with leadership, end-users, and technical teams.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and training materials.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Familiarity with payroll, HR, and workforce compliance processes.
- Experience with Kronos/UKG workforce management solutions. Deep understanding of UKG Pro WFM required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with leadership, technical teams, and end-users. Collaborate with third party service providers as necessary.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver effective, scalable solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively manage expectations of different stakeholders including developers and business partners.
Preferred:
- Experience in the healthcare industry a plus.
- Experience with Service Now ticketing system a plus.
Education/Certifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Five+ years of experience supporting workforce management systems, preferably UKG's current suite.
- Strong knowledge of system integrations, data flows, and middleware solutions.
Preferred:
- Experience in vendor management a plus.
