Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health & Benefits team at Mercer. This role can be based in any US city. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.As a Senior Health & Benefits Consultant, Data Analytics, you will use data and analytics to advise client accounts for employers of all sizes regarding their medical, pharmacy, wellness and absence plans and programs. You will leverage Mercer tools, including our data warehouse, to deliver these services to our clients.
We will count on you to:
- Lead complex client analytics engagements, managing analytics delivery. You will collaborate with the core client teams as well as other specialty practices to use data as the foundation for all of the work we deliver.
- Generate sales by expanding revenues from existing clients and leading prospecting efforts with new clients.
- Have a deep understanding of data warehouse tools and methods, and be able to articulate them to clients and prospects.
- Effectively communicate Mercer's position on the latest industry trends to clients.
- Be accountable for revenue and profitability for client accounts and projects.
- Monitor project success in terms of scope, budget, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Set strategic direction and create demand for new products/services in the marketplace.
- BA/BS degree.
- Minimum of 15 years of using data to support employer clients
- Renowned expertise and industry reputation in the health & benefits field.
- Client-facing experience in a consulting environment.
- Sales/growth experience in a consulting environment
- Strong, innovative sales and marketing skills, with the ability to effectively market organizational strengths.
- Superior analytical and mathematical skills, along with strategic planning, communication, and listening skills.
- Proven management skills in leading large, complex projects.

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $212,000 to $318,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
