Growing together.As a Senior Pharmacy Care Technician, you will perform live telephonic outreach to UHC Medicare members and their physicians/pharmacies to improve health quality outcomes (i.e., medication adherence, appropriate drug utilization). This is your opportunity to join a pharmacy team with a focus on clinical and business collaboration. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am - 5pm. This is a hybrid-remote role. You will be required to work onsite 1 day per month and work remotely (work from home) all other days of the month.

- Houston, TX - 2950 North Loop West, Brookhollow Central III, Houston, TX
If you reside in Houston, TX, you will enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid-remote role as you take on some tough challenges.
This position follows a hybrid schedule with 1 in-office day per month.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform telephonic customer outreach to improve health quality outcomes in collaboration with Clinical Pharmacists
- Provide additional telephonic engagement with providers and pharmacies
- Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements, triaging to a Clinical Pharmacist when appropriate
- Outbound calls to CAHPs detractors and MedAdhmembers to improve member experience and reduce barriers to adherence drugs
- Document and track member engagement

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- 3+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
- Beginner level of proficiency with navigating Microsoft Office and a Windows-based environment
- Reside within commutable distance to Houston, TX office location
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am - 5pm
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail and/or mail order pharmacy experience
- Experience with Part D claims adjudication

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
