Growing together.As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician with CPS Solutions, LLC, you will work under the direct supervision of a pharmacist and be responsible for coordinating and processing new and refill medication orders. This role involves working with patients, providers, and insurers to ensure prescriptions are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, while meeting financial and clinical requirements. The technician also provides customer service related to enrollment, benefits, prescription status, and account inquiries.
Pharmacy Location: Located onsite at our Patient Service Center in Dublin, OH
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients, providers, insurance companies, and pharmacy staff regarding prescription fulfillment and account inquiries
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
- Resolve or escalate issues related to billing or clinical concerns
- Collect co-payments and assist patients with financial support programs
- Prepare medications for shipment and assist with packaging
- Maintain workstation supplies and cleanliness
- Participate in quality improvement activities and staff committees as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active OH pharmacy technician license
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (e.g., PTCB or ExCPhT)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail pharmacy or healthcare
- Proficient typing and computer skills
- Proven solid customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to understand payer processes and specialty drug requirements
- Proven team-oriented with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
