Growing together.The Sr Manager will plan, direct, develop and coordinate activities of the clinic(s) to ensure attainment of corporate goals and objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate directly with the Managing Physicians to achieve the goals of the organization
 - Ensures proper implementation of policies and procedures related to Finance, Managed Health Care, Quality Assurance/ Risk Management, Marketing, Purchasing and Human Resources at the clinic level

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 1 to 1: substitute years of equivalent supervisory/management administrative experience
 - 5+ years of supervisory/management experience or Master's Degree with 3 to 5 years of experience
 - Solid working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations
 
Solid organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Management of a minimum 25 providers with 100K/ office visits per year at assigned clinic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ambulatory Care Management experience
 - Managed care background
