As a per diem nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist , you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.

Schedule: There is not a regular set schedule for this position. This position works a minimum 4 hours per month and up to a maximum of 19 hours per week, (rotating day and evenings shifts), available on short notice as needed.

About the Facility: Glen Oaks Hospital is a 54-bed,The Joint Commission private mental health hospital in a relaxed setting in Greenville, Texas. For nearly 30 years, Glen Oaks Hospital has been a leader in the field of mental health and chemical dependency care, and our staff is dedicated to researching the latest treatment approaches and applying this to our overall treatment philosophy.

About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy utilizes centralized modified cart-fill by unit. The Pharmacy is open Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm, Sat and Sun 7:00 - 11:00am.

Required Qualifications:

• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
• Current Pharmacist license in good standing in Texas
• Proven ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
• Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
• Have weekend and weekday availability

Preferred Qualifications:

• PharmD
• 1+ years of experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $43.22 to $77.21 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
