Growing together.As a Per Diem, nonexempt Staff Pharmacist, you will fill orders with accuracy; check prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.
Schedule: This position will work as needed. The pharmacy is open M-F 8-4:30 and weekends 8-12
Location: Rivendell Behavioral Health Hospital is located on a 48-acre private campus in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and dispense medication orders to ensure appropriateness, safety, and accuracy
- Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to optimize medication regimens for hospitalized patients
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and interns, ensuring efficient and compliant workflow
- Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, including Joint Commission, state, and federal requirements

Required Qualifications:
- BS or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- KY Pharmacist licensure in good standing
- Recent work experience as a Pharmacist
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, establish trust and credibility
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, respond to client concerns, and work cooperatively with other staff
Preferred Qualifications:
- Behavioral health or Hospital experience
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.09 to $78.70 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
