Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring adequate staffing through utilization of ANSOS.
• Reviews ANSOS staffing assignments on an on-going basis, corrects and adjusts as appropriate. Coordinates the flow of information between Abrazo facilities.
• Ensures contracted staff and flex pool staff maintain all file requirements prior to first shift, during the assignment and/or employment as required by regulatory agencies.
• Monitors facilities for compliance of schedule execution
• Other related job tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the hospital

Job Summary

• Responsible for ensuring adequate staffing for Abrazo Health Care facilities.
• Ensures and maintains staffing files for licensure, certifications, education, and competences for contracted staff and flex pool staff. Serves as the liaison with outside supplemental agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is High School Diploma or equivalent GED
• Preferred experience: Typing; advanced computer skills. Attention to detail and organized. Excellent customer service skills.
