Stroke Program Coordinator Full Time Days Position Summary
The Coordinator of Programs has responsibility for planning and leading the activities to meet all regulatory, accreditation and TenetHealth standards to assigned programs. In addition, will work to improve the functions associated with the operations that will enable Tenet to meet standards thus resulting in the best practices and patient outcomes. the Coordinator will work with the appropriate Corporate Team to ensure success and compliance of the program(s) and implement and monitor readiness activities for accreditation and certification surveys.
THE STROKE PROGRAM COORDINATOR FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE.
Education:
Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Physical Therapy, Laboratory Sciences, or other healthcare related fields.
Experience:
Required: 5 years of experience in profession.
Certifications:
Required: Licensed as appropriate for education/profession such as RN, PT, etc., and AHA BLS.
