Growing together.Primary Responsibilities:
The Credentialing Supervisor oversees the credentialing process and assigned staff to ensure compliance with delegated credentialing accreditation and regulatory agency standards. The Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of Credentialing in Network Operations Department and ensures processes meet regulation requirements. The Credentialing Supervisor facilitates communication with clinics, physicians, payors, medical directors and other customers.

Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience with focus in credentialing
- 5+ years of managed care experience, 1-year supervisory experience
- High degree of knowledge in NCQA, TDI and AAAHC credentialing standards. Proficient computer experience, i.e. Microsoft Word /Excel
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and leadership skills. Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Certifications - CPCS, CPMSM, College Degree
- Managed Care/Hospital Credentialing
- Proficient in Microsoft Access and/or credentialing software programs
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
