Description

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technology and be part of a healthcare community dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.Carries out supervisory responsibilities for Emergency Room Patient Access Representatives in accordance with applicable laws, guidelines, policies, and procedures. Oversees all aspects of supervision, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing daily work; evaluating performance; recognizing achievements; administering corrective action when needed; and addressing employee concerns or resolving issues. Prepares and manages staffing schedules with rotating hours and shifts to ensure appropriate departmental coverage at all times. Provides ongoing guidance and mentoring to new and existing staff to support daily workflow efficiency and ensure proper handling of patient accounts.
Education:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: College degree
Experience:
Required: Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management and Regulatory Agencies. Leadership abilities. Thorough knowledge of computer systems in healthcare. Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
