Job SummaryDetroit Medical Center (DMC) is seeking a full-time Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join a high-acuity Neurosurgery service supporting DMC Harper University Hospital, Sinai-Grace Hospital, and Detroit Receiving Hospital. This position offers a dynamic mix of inpatient responsibilities across a busy, multi-hospital academic environment. The incoming NP will work closely with neurosurgeons and interdisciplinary care teams, providing comprehensive care to complex neurosurgical patients.
Position Highlights
• Full-time Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Detroit, MI with Detroit Medical Center
• Coverage across DMC Harper University Hospital, Sinai-Grace Hospital, and Detroit Receiving Hospital
• 12-hour rotating shifts, including days and nights
• Collaborate closely with neurosurgeons, nursing, and ancillary staff
• Exposure to a broad range of neurosurgical pathology in a high-volume environment

Certifications:
Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. RNP License. Additional certification(s) per governing board and in accordance with the facility Medical Staff Bylaws.
