- Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel with the support and resources needed to practice at the peak of your license
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including care coordinators, behavioral health, pharmacy, and other care providers at the practice
- Perform in-office procedures such as simple skin surgery, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, IUD's, etc. (if desired)
- Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
- Educate and empower your patients to take ownership of their health

Required Qualifications:
- Unrestricted medical licensure in the state where this job will be performed or ability to obtain prior to starting employment
- Board certified or board eligible as a Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC/AANP) or a Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
- Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to starting employment
