You'll practice at a nationally recognized, 350-bed acute care facility serving El Paso and the broader communities of west Texas, southern New Mexico, and northern Mexico. Position Highlights
- Specialty: Anesthesiology with cardiac case capability
- Setting: Hospital-based at Sierra Medical Center (Tenet Healthcare / Hospitals of Providence)
- EMR: Cerner
- Patient Volume: Average 10 patients per day
- Call Schedule: 5-6 days per month with a post-call day off
- Solo Cases: Approximately 10% solo case mix
- Team Structure: Collaborative physician and CRNA practice model
- Cardiac Capabilities: Advanced cardiac program including open-heart surgery, bypass, angioplasty, and stent placement
- Guaranteed salary with production bonus
- 10 weeks of paid time off (PTO)
- In-house billing, coding, and collections - no administrative burden on you
