Piedmont Physician Network offers an exceptional opportunity for an Interventional Pain Management Specialist to build a thriving outpatient practice in the growing Fort Mill, South Carolina market. You'll join a hospital-employed group anchored by the newly opened Piedmont Medical Center - Fort Mill, a 100-bed, state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced imaging, robotic surgery, and a full spectrum of specialty services. This is a purely outpatient role with no call, no nights, and no weekends - giving you the clinical focus and work-life balance that sustains a long, impactful career.
Position Highlights
- Interventional Pain Management - outpatient practice, hospital employed
- Monday-Friday schedule; no call, no nights, no weekends, no holidays
- Full procedural scope including spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, kyphoplasty, EMG, and a broad range of injections and nerve blocks
- Supported by Piedmont Medical Center - Fort Mill, a newly opened 100-bed facility with advanced imaging (MRI, CT), six multi-specialty ORs, and a brand-new da Vinci Xi robotic surgery system
- Practice alongside a multidisciplinary team spanning cardiovascular, orthopedics, women's services, and critical care

Candidate Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Pain Management
- Dual board certification in Pain Management and Anesthesia preferred
- Proficiency in interventional pain procedures including joint injections, nerve blocks, and epidural injections
- Experience with a wide range of pain management practices preferred

Services include a 24/7 emergency department, an intensive care unit, a medical/surgical unit, and comprehensive women's care including The Nest, a dedicated space for labor and delivery.
