Growing together.As the Home and Community Bases Services Case Coordinator, you will oversee the services provided to a caseload of clients on a daily basis. This responsibility includes interfacing with clients/families/employees to ensure quality service delivery. You will also be responsible for day-to-day staffing of cases, problem solving, assisting in the hiring process, providing orientation to new caregivers, payroll/billing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As the Case Coordinator must be able to function with minimal onsite supervision and may perform some or all of the duties listed below.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily client case scheduling, ensuring appropriate caregiver coverage and ongoing communication with clients and families
- Manage staffing operations, including anticipating workforce needs, supporting hiring and orientation, and participating in on-call rotation
- Oversee payroll, billing, and data accuracy by coordinating, entering, and auditing weekly payroll/billing and maintaining client and employee records
- Conduct and support client consultations, on-site home and supervisory visits, and monitor customer satisfaction, escalating issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state and funded program requirements, pay rate guidelines, overtime approvals, and incident reporting
Required Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate many activities at one time
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills
- Scheduling and data entry experience
