Growing together.The Clinic Administrator will plan, direct, develop and coordinate activities of the clinic(s) to ensure attainment of corporate goals and objectives Coordinate directly with the Managing Physicians to achieve the goals of the organization. Ensures proper implementation of policies and procedures related to Finance, Managed Health Care, Quality Assurance/ Risk Management, Marketing, Purchasing and Human Resources at the clinic level.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 1 to 1: substitute years of equivalent supervisory/management/administrative experience
- 1+ years of experience as a coordinator, project manager or supervisor. (Advanced degree in Business and/or Healthcare Administration will count equal to one year of supervisory/management experience)
- Demonstrated experience with solid organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Experience in management of minimum 7 providers at assigned clinic.
- Solid working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ambulatory Care Management experience
- Managed care background
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
