Position Highlights
- Full-time, employed position with immediate start available
- Flexible practice model: predominantly outpatient with the option to include inpatient consults, or fully outpatient
- Strong focus on diabetes management within a diverse patient population
- Large, established referral base with demonstrated community demand for endocrine services
- Teaching opportunities with third-year residents
- Administrative and operational support provided - minimize paperwork, maximize patient care
- Backed by a large, nationally recognized healthcare system
- Competitive base salary ranging from $230,000-$328,600 annually, with productivity incentives
- CME allowance and paid time off

Organization Description
Desert Care Network serves the healthcare needs of the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin regions in Southern California with three hospitals Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, JFK Memorial Hospital in Indio and Hi-Desert Medical Center in Joshua Tree. The hospital network provides advanced care with services such as comprehensive stroke care, a cancer center, a Level 1 Trauma Center and the only Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the Coachella Valley.
