The Desert Care Network Comprehensive Cancer Center is a nationally accredited, 60,000-square-foot cancer program with over three decades of service to the Palm Springs community - and we're growing. You'll step into a thriving, turn-key practice with an established patient base, strong referral patterns, and a true multidisciplinary team behind you. This is a rare opportunity to practice full-scope gynecologic oncology with immediate impact and exceptional institutional support.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, full-scope gynecologic oncology practice with immediate patient volume
- Balanced schedule: approximately 2.5-3 clinic days per week and 2 dedicated surgery days
- OR block time available at both the hospital and an outpatient surgery center
- Access to two Da Vinci robotic systems onsite
- Minimal ramp-up - established referral base and experienced support staff in place
- High autonomy with flexible scheduling options
- Collaborative practice alongside medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgical oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and more
- Commission on Cancer (CoC) three-year accreditation with Commendation Award - meeting or exceeding all 36 standards of care
- Competitive compensation: $414,000-$637,000 (based on qualifications, experience, and productivity)

Desert Care Network serves the healthcare needs of the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin regions in Southern California with three hospitals Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, JFK Memorial Hospital in Indio and Hi-Desert Medical Center in Joshua Tree. The hospital network provides advanced care with services such as comprehensive stroke care, a cancer center, a Level 1 Trauma Center and the only Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the Coachella Valley.
