Become a part of our caring communityThe Staff Resident Pharmacist post pharmacy school graduate (often in the first 2 years) that participates in an organized training program to perform as a licensed practitioner while training under the supervision of a preceptor. The Staff Resident Pharmacist work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Staff Resident Pharmacist receives knowledge and experience to aid in the clinical judgement and decision making needed to be a successful independent licensed/certified pharmacist. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Active Intern License with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state.
- Previous managed care work activity or experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to stay on schedule
- Ability to work independently and navigate within a changing environment
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Ability to take initiative, ability to manage multiple or competing priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$53,700 - $72,600 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
